How NLP works
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) holds that people already have all the resources (belief, objectives, internal state and strategies), they need to succeed.
Ariel employ's NLP to eradicate the effects of traumatic situations, conquer phobias, stop smoking, advance in business, exceed sales quotas, set and achieve goals and make significant, long-lasting changes.
The basic tenet of NLP is that there is a positive intention behind behaviours whose consequences we find negative. NLP alters outcomes using simple yet powerful exercises to allows you to identify that positive intention (such as desires for relaxation, reducing stress), and find more constructive ways to achieve it, eradicating the root need for the unproductive pattern. NLP adds choice to your actions and puts you in control of your outcomes.
Some exercises may have you visualizing past or future situations, or returning to old events with new knowledge and understanding. NLP helps you identify the parts of yourself that are standing in the way of change. For example, you may want to quit smoking, but until the parts of yourself that don’t want to quit smoking have bee fully satisfied, no lasting change will be made. NLP targets and sets straight the subconscious parts standing in the way of change.
Since NLP works with images and metaphor, NLP can also be conducted content-free, unlike traditional talk therapies.
