What is Psychotherapy?
Welcome to a warm and caring environment in downtown Toronto where you can move beyond your problems.
Psychotherapy is an uplifting, empowering experience that provides the time and space to resolve issues. You may be experiencing dissatisfaction or anxiety at work or in relationships, or simply feeling you could be getting more out of life.
Using a variety of powerful modalities, including NLP, Gestalt, CBT and Art Therapy. I help my client gain insight and actualize their personal and professional goals. Through gentle yet direct questions and guidance, I encourage my clients to understand their lives from new perspectives, and give them the tools they need to make real, lasting change.
Drawing on my creative background in the arts and business, I help my clients recognize and overcome long-standing habits and heal hurt from the past that may be impacting, even undermining, their present day existence. Empowered, they are able to realize their dreams and reach a state of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. This can lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of an individual's life.
Together, we reach solutions that are both personal and practical, in an environment that is compassionate, warm, supportive and non-judgmental, in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
